Although we are out of network with all other insurance carriers, please do not let this discourage you from making an appointment.
Our self pay rates are $ 150 for the initial evaluation and $125 for each follow up session.
As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance coverage prior to the initial evaluation. This will ensure that you have a good understanding of your insurance benefits and financial responsibility if any.
We schedule one patient every 60 minutes and supervise our patients throughout the entire treatment session.
Most facilities that participate in network with insurance companies are treating 2 or more patients every hour.
We ask our patients for 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. The fee for late cancelling or for a no show is $100 dollars. However, if your missed appointment is rescheduled within the same week, the late cancellation or no show fee will be waived.
