We are currently in network Medicare (part B).
Although we are out of network with all other insurance carriers, we will work with you to offset your financial responsibilities.
Our self pay rates are $ 175 for the initial evaluation and $150 for each follow up session.
We will verify your insurance coverage prior to the initial evaluation. This will ensure that you have a good understanding of your insurance benefits and financial responsibility. As a courtesy, we will submit your claims to your insurance carrier.
We schedule one patient every 60 minutes and supervise our patients throughout the entire treatment session.
Most facilities that participate in network with insurance companies are treating 2 or more patients every hour.
We ask that patients provide us 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. The fee for late cancelling or for a no show is $100 dollars. However, if your missed appointment is rescheduled within the same week, the late cancellation or no show fee will be waived.
